I use a blend of psychotherapy techniques in my practice and am mindful that each individual is unique. I am trauma-informed, and an LGBTQ+ ally. I pull from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, (CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness practices in my work. Please know that working with me is truly collaborative.
